My new client packages make booking your first appointment really easy. It takes the guess work out of online booking.
Check E-mail
After you book online, you will receive an email. This will have all the information you need so you can feel relaxed and prepared.
What to Expect
Pre-Visit:
When you book your first appointment I will send you a welcome email that includes a digital form for you to fill out. This will tell me about you hair history and expectations for your appointment. Also, the email will have instructions on how to find the salon and where to park.
The Appointment:
When you walk into my studio I will greet you and give you a mini tour. It's small and cozy with pillows, blankets, and lots of plants! For the consultation, I will dig deeper into your needs and wants by asking more questions, feeling your hair, and discussing inspiration photos. Before starting the service, I will make sure we are on the same page by explaining my plan and clarifying any questions.
After Goodbye:
After you check-out, we can book your next appointment or I will give you a booking card with all the details you need to book online. Also, you will receive a paper with my product and styling recommendations. A few days after your appointment I will email you a follow-up to make sure you are happy with your style and help with any issues you are experiencing.
